Jeff has been active in the real estate industry since 1996. He was formerly associated with one of central Mississippi's largest real estate companies where he was a consistent top producer. Since that time he has helped hundreds of families, companies and government entities satisfy their specific needs. In 2000 Jeff obtained his Broker License and continued to work as a broker associate with the former company.
The year of 2004 brought new opportunity when he began to work in Right of Way and Easement procurement for both government and private agencies. Later in that same year Martella Properties Incorporated was born and the addition of a home building company came in August.
In September of 2006, Jeff partnered with long time friend David Clark to open Martella-Clark Realty. Located in downtown Brandon, the agency opened its doors with eight licensed sales associates. Jeff has served as managing broker from the company's inception.
